You are the key, between the client and our team.
Handling incoming inquiries from the first phone ring / e-mail throughout the event itself until the final invoicing,
with all organizational and administrative tasks.
Don’t worry, this is not a one-man show, you don’t have to do it all alone.
You will work together with our Event Manager, Julia,
who will teach, train and lead you all the way through.
Julia has worked for very luxurious International Catering companies
in Vienna and Munich and will be able
to share outstanding knowledge about the world of events.

Your direct work contact will be with our Event Manager, Julia. However, since we are a small but strong, motivated team, you would work with everyone together, from our Managing Director Falko to our Operations Alina.
