Opening

Yesterday we had the opportunity to contribute to an office opening with 250 participants. We were treating the guests with welcome drinks, canapés and flying buffet.

It was a great success, as per the guests’ feedback and also based on the quantity of food and drinks we served during the night.

In the reception area of the building, our hosts and hostesses were welcoming the arriving people with refreshers and also sparkling wine.

At the beginning of the event, our caterers served goat cheese canapés, cured and torched trout and salmon tatar.

After the introduction speech and the short symphonic concert, everybody went to the inner garden, where we offered salmon steak, shrimps, mini burgers, duck breast and rabbit terrine.

No secret to hide that we also arrived with desserts, giving a variety of lemon-, and chocolate tart and macarons. We can say, that we closed a very successful event, so far with the biggest number of participants not just without any problems but also seeing satisfied smiles on everybody’s face.

And this is the reason why we do it!
