Mario elevates Catering into a fine dining Experience. He is from Brazil with Hungarian roots.
His 15 years’ experience brought him through highlights like the 3-star Michelin Restaurant Martin Berasategui in Spain and lately, Mario was in charge as Sous Chef in the local 1 star Michelin Restaurant Costes Downton.
